Paving Rock Hard Roads Naturally
Cathy and David Ramsey wanted to build their dream home east of Walburg, Texas. The soil was fatty clay, highly expansive and unable to support the heavy equipment needed to build. They knew asphalt wouldn't hold up. Petraviam sampled the soil to determine the plasticity and the necessary stabilization to build a road capable of supporting the heavy construction equipment and last for years, naturally.
The project also called for installing a long large culvert, compliant with Tx DOT requirements that would be shared with multiple families. Petraviam is a full service road construction company providing storm water management and underground utility services. Both David and Cathy report their experience with working with Petraviam was fun, they enjoyed the crew and Dave was a “hoot”. Now they have a drive that will allow their builder to start on their dream home. Petraviam Paving is Tougher than Asphalt and Lasts for Years
